Hi, thanks for reaching out to RWM. Tim or Jason from our Sales team will be in touch within one business day.

In the meantime, here’s what you can expect from here:

1. We start with a quick call from Tim who will get to know your business, people and the challenge you’re trying to solve.
2. You’ll get a tailored proposal back with the solution and rates together.
3. When you’re ready to move ahead, one of our RWM team and/or Safety team members will come to your site/s to introduce ourselves and undertake a site safety assessment.
4. Next, we’ll kick off with Teams call where Sandra will run through a series of questions about your business and site/s so we can start working together. For businesses looking at the PALM scheme, this is more in depth.

You’re in good hands with RWM as we’ve spent 25+ years solving workforce challenges for businesses across labour hire, permanent recruitment and international recruitment, including backpackers, temporary skills shortage visas and the PALM scheme. That way you can put your time and money back into running the business, backed by a reliable, engaged workforce.

We're Australia's largest PALM Scheme approved employer, having placed 10,000+ employees across 170+ client sites. RWM is part of PeopleIN, the largest ASX-listed talent solutions company in Australia and New Zealand.

We look forward to seeing how we can partner with you.
