Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily workshop operations
- Lead, support, and develop a team of up to 15 staff
- Carry out and oversee diagnostics, servicing, and repair work as required
- Communicate effectively with office and administration staff
- Ensure health & safety compliance across the workshop
- Foster a strong, positive, and productive team environment
- Coordinate call-out jobs and occasional after-hours support
- Full-time permanent position (38 hours per week, 5 days)
- Occasional Saturday morning work (call-out coordination/urgent jobs)
- Salary: $100k – $120k + Super (negotiable based on experience)
- Company vehicle, phone, and performance-based bonuses
- Supportive and busy workshop environment
- Trade qualified Motor Mechanic
- Strong background in diagnostics, servicing, and repairs
- Previous supervisory or workshop management experience
- Confident leader who can work independently and take initiative
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to keep a fast-paced workshop running smoothly
