We are looking for a Workplace Health, Safety & Injury Manager for our client, who is a leading Australian beef supply chain operator. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering WHS strategy, driving prevention initiatives, return-to-work outcomes and fostering a strong safety culture across the group.

Salary: 150k - 160k annually + Super
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Wellbeing & Injury Management Plan aligned to WHS KPIs.
- Lead complex injury management and return-to-work programs to improve outcomes.
- Analyse WHS and injury trends; implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Oversee audits, contractor compliance, safety systems, and legislative adherence.
- Coach senior leaders to enhance safety capability and accountability.
- Tertiary qualification in Allied Health; Diploma in WHS (degree preferred).
- Accredited Rehabilitation & Return-to-Work Coordinator; current First Aid, CPR, and Driver's Licence.
- 5+ years managing complex workers' compensation and serious injury claims.
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, Codes of Practice, and Workers Compensation frameworks.
- Confident leader with excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
