About the Role
We are looking for a Workplace Health, Safety & Injury Manager for our client, who is a leading Australian beef supply chain operator. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering WHS strategy, driving prevention initiatives, return-to-work outcomes and fostering a strong safety culture across the group. 
 
Full-time | Permanent role | Cannon Hill, QLD 
Salary: 150k - 160k annually + Super 
 
Roles & Responsibilities  
  • Develop and execute Wellbeing & Injury Management Plan aligned to WHS KPIs. 
  • Lead complex injury management and return-to-work programs to improve outcomes. 
  • Analyse WHS and injury trends; implement risk mitigation strategies. 
  • Oversee audits, contractor compliance, safety systems, and legislative adherence. 
  • Coach senior leaders to enhance safety capability and accountability. 
About You  
  • Tertiary qualification in Allied Health; Diploma in WHS (degree preferred). 
  • Accredited Rehabilitation & Return-to-Work Coordinator; current First Aid, CPR, and Driver's Licence. 
  • 5+ years managing complex workers' compensation and serious injury claims. 
  • Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, Codes of Practice, and Workers Compensation frameworks. 
  • Confident leader with excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
