Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training to staff on the production floor, in the cold store, and other areas as required.
- Develop and maintain training materials, procedures, and records.
- Ensure all staff comply with workplace health & safety and food safety standards.
- Assess employee competency and provide ongoing support to improve skills.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and opportunities.
- Experience in meat processing, abattoir, or cold store environments preferred.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health & safety and food safety practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with all levels of staff and adapt training methods accordingly.
