This role will give you the opportunity to connect with industry professionals who are considering a move into teaching and training careers. You will be speaking with candidates, building relationships and helping guide them through the process. Key responsibilities include:
- Candidate engagement across phone, face-to-face and digital channels
- Building relationships with candidates from a range of industries
- Providing information about opportunities, pathways and support options
- Managing candidate pipelines, records and reporting
- Working closely with a small, high-performing project team
- Up to $99.86 per hour incl. casual loading
- 6-month contract opportunity
- Flexible location anywhere across Queensland
- Hybrid working arrangements available
We are looking for someone who enjoys speaking with people, can build rapport quickly and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will ideally have:
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate engagement or business development
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities at once
- A proactive, adaptable approach with strong attention to detail
- Confidence building trust and having meaningful conversations
- Valid working rights (Australian Citizenship, PR, or valid visa)
- Open driver’s licence
- Ability to travel as required, including occasional overnight stays
