You will:
- Install solar systems, battery storage solutions, and carry out a wide range of electrical works.
- Lead a small team, working alongside an apprentice and trade assistant
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
- Current Queensland Electrical Licence
- Proven experience in solar and renewable energy
- SAA Solar installer accreditation highly regarded
- Battery accreditation not required (training can be provided)
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Current Electrical Licence
- Manual Driver’s Licence
- White Card
- Working at Heights Certificate
- Monday – Friday, 6am – 2pm (standard hours, may occasionally run longer)
- Optional 9-day fortnight
- Paid overtime
- Negotiable pay depending on skills and experience
- Company Renault work van and fuel card included
- Uniforms supplied
- Work in a supportive, family-run environment
- Join a small, tight-knit team of three (Electrician, Apprentice, Trade Assistant)
- Participate in regular team-building activities, including camping trips
