We are hiring Service Technicians (Workshop or Field Service) for our client, a trusted leader in the agricultural and construction machinery industry. They sell, service, and support machinery from well-known manufacturers and are seeking someone who can diagnose, inspect, recondition, repair, assemble, and service equipment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnosing, repairing and maintaining agricultural and/or heavy machinery
- Workshop or field-based service depending on your experience and preference
- Completing service reports, part orders and documentation accurately
- Maintaining your tools, equipment and (if applicable) service vehicle
- Following all safety protocols and working as part of a close-knit team
- Trade qualified (e.g. Cert III in Heavy Diesel Fitting, Mobile Plant, Ag Machinery or similar)
- Strong mechanical aptitude; hydraulic and electrical diagnostic skills valued
- Experience in the service and maintenance of heavy diesel products, including engine overhauls and major repairs - Open to newly qualified or less experienced techs
- Field Techs: valid driver’s licence (MR or higher preferred)
- $40–$50/hour depending on experience (with minimal overtime, but paid when required)
- Up to $6,000 p.a. team incentive after probation
