About the Role
We're seeking a motivated Senior Client Services Officer to join a government organisation in Rockhampton. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service and handle administrative, financial, and client-focused tasks with professionalism to support key services.
Location: Rockhampton, Parkhurst
Contract: Full-time | Immediate start
Hourly rate:$49.40
Contract end date: 9 January 2026 (possible extension)

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
  • Handle administrative tasks, process forms, applications, and general financial tasks accurately
  • Support facility management, including site safety, access registers, IT coordination, emergency procedures, and equipment checks
  • Work effectively in a team, meet deadlines, maintain confidentiality, and follow departmental policies
  • Undertake other duties as required
About You
  • Proven experience in administrative and customer service roles
  • Strong organisational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Competence in MS Office and virtual collaboration tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing priorities
  • Resilient, reliable, and committed to delivering quality outcomes
  • C Class driver's licence is required
