We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant for our client, who is a well-established food processing company in Brisbane East. This role supports operational leaders by managing recruitment, onboarding, and workforce capability in a high-volume environment.
- Full-time | Permanent role | Brisbane East, QLD
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for operational and skilled roles; against industry and compliance standards
- Coordinate onboarding, inductions, and training programs
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure system compliance
- Support managers with employee relations, performance, and workplace matters
- Experience in high-volume recruitment or HR generalist roles
- Strong understanding of Australian workplace relations and awards
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and systems experience
