- Manage end-to-end recruitment
- Support international recruitment activities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
- Deliver tailored recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with the HR team to drive talent acquisition initiatives
- Provide market insights to influence workforce planning and hiring decisions
- Proven experience in recruitment (internal or agency) across varied role types
- Knowledge of international recruitment and immigration processes
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently
