About The Role
The property coordinator role is responsible for their own portfolio of FIP Group's leased properties all around Australia, as well as the maintenance and operation of these properties.

You will also be responsible for:
  • Assisting in securing suitable accommodations for our employees
  • Maintaining compliance with deed requirements and government requirements for all properties
  • Acting as a liaison between our central office and site teams to address accommodation requirements and concerns
  • Managing and updating the property database to guarantee accuracy, improving operational efficiency
  • Undertaking various task critical to our mission of providing top-notch property coordination services
About You
To be successful in this role you will be a strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across the business at all levels.

You will also have:
  • Knowledge of real estate/property legislation is desirable
  • Property management experience is desirable
  • Strong administration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • A drive to deliver, passion, and persistence!
