About the Role
We are looking for a Project Support Officer for our client, who plays a key role in supporting sport, active recreation and community participation across Queensland. In this role, you will be supporting the coordination and administration of statewide projects that improve community access, participation and wellbeing outcomes.
  • Pay Rate: $58.02 p/h + 12% super
  • Casual, Full-time, Monday to Friday
  • Location: Toowoomba, QLD
  • Immediate start, through to 30 June 2026; Possible extension
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities and provide high-level administrative support across statewide initiatives
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, briefs and project documentation with strong attention to detail
  • Liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, community groups and industry partners on project matters
  • Conduct research, analyse information and support project planning and delivery outcomes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of systems, processes and project administration practices
About You
  • Previous experience in project support, administration or coordination within a corporate or government environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with stakeholders
  • Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail with proven experience preparing accurate documentation and reports
  • Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused with a strong commitment to team success
