We are looking for a Procurement Coordinator for our client, a well-known meat processing company. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Procurement Manager by overseeing procurement and stores functions, ensuring cost-effective supply, mitigating supply risks, and supporting operational continuity across all business units.

Salary: 120 -125k annually + Super
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end procurement for direct and indirect materials, ensuring compliance and cost efficiency.
- Monitor supplier performance, resolve supply issues, and mitigate operational risks.
- Collaborate with Operations, NPD, QA, Maintenance, IT, and Finance to meet business requirements.
- Support audits and ensure adherence to company policies, accreditation, and legislation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- 3-5 years' experience in procurement management with strong operational knowledge.
- Skilled in ERP systems (JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle Cloud, Protrace).
- Self-driven, able to prioritise in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
- Customer-focused with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
