We're currently hiring for two critical roles (Poultry Farm Manager and Assistant Farm Manager) within our high-performing poultry operations in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver or exceed physical and financial targets through high-standard animal husbandry and efficient farm management.
- Maximise farm output and cost efficiency by fully utilising available resources.
- Lead, mentor, and coach the farm management team to maintain strong operational skills and performance.
- Safeguard company assets, including facilities, equipment, and flocks; to ensure optimal productivity.
- Drive staff motivation and engagement to boost efficiency across all farm operations.
- Ensure to manage and develop the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System to retain certification and foster a culture of quality.
- Ensure compliance with Almarai Health and Safety standards to maintain a safe workplace.
- Monitor, manage, and report on animal welfare, escalating concerns to the Senior Poultry Farming Manager.
- 10–12 years' experience in managing large-scale livestock operations, with a strong understanding of poultry farming best practices and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Farm Manager with daily operations, staff supervision, and ongoing communication.
- Monitor unit performance and ensure compliance with divisional guidelines, operational standards and biosecurity protocols.
- Assess and guide Unit Managers and Herdsmen to achieve budget targets.
- Support team development through mentoring and coordinating annual leave to maintain staffing levels.
- Assist in preparing annual capital and revenue budgets with the Farm and Senior Farm Managers.
- Maintain and analyse farm performance data, reporting insights as needed.
- Act as Farm Manager in their absence and perform other duties or projects as directed.
- Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience managing large poultry flocks within a professional farming environment.
