The Role
You’ll be the go-to person for parts, inventory, and workshop support, working closely with mechanics, sales, and suppliers to keep trucks, trailers, and equipment moving.
Responsibilities include:
- Interpret parts needs for mechanics and customers
- Source parts, prepare quotes and process orders
- Manage stock, receipting, stocktakes and inventory control
- Receive goods and assemble orders
- Complete job cards, invoices and general paperwork
- Liaise with the workshop on parts availability and deliveries
- Assist with fleet servicing schedules and basic reporting
