About RWM
Regional Workforce Management (RWM) is proudly Australian-owned, dedicated to connecting businesses with tailored recruitment and workforce management solutions since 2000. Formerly known as FIP Group, we have spent over two decades supporting the backbone of Australia - the food, agriculture, forestry and fisheries industries. By blending local expertise with a national reach, we deliver reliable and committed people who help businesses grow, thrive and stand strong.

What started as a small operation helping local businesses quickly grew into something much bigger. Our founders’ ability to connect with people - sharing experiences, solutions and hope – helped forge strong bonds with businesses and communities alike. As we expanded from labour hire to permanent recruitment and into connecting skilled workers from across the borders, our mission has remained the same: to provide real solutions that save Australia’s food and agriculture business time and resources.

We are powered by PeopleIN - Australia's largest ASX-listed family of workforce solutions brands.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a PALM Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will:
  • Coordinate and manage visa applications
  • Organise and maintain candidate documentation (e.g., passports, VEVO checks, etc.)
  • Oversee the PLS (Pacific Labour Scheme) inbox and communications
  • Carry out accurate data entry tasks
  • Respond to general enquiries

What You Will Need
To thrive in this role, you will bring strong organisational skills, a commitment to helping others succeed, and the drive to deliver results.
You will also have:
  • Previous experience in administration or data entry
  • Solid computer literacy skills
  • A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a supportive team environment
  • Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills, with the ability to build positive relationships both internally and externally
