About the Role
 
We are looking for an Onsite Trainer for our client, who is a well-established meat processing company. This role exists to develop workforce capability on the afternoon shift by delivering high-quality training, ensuring compliance, and strengthening operational performance across the site.
  • Full-time | Permanent role | Cannon Hill, QLD 
  • $90-100k annually + Super 
  • Afternoon shift
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Deliver and manage all training and compliance requirements across Primary Processing operations.
  • Work closely with operational stakeholders to align training with production needs.
  • Maintain accurate training records, LMS data and high-volume Training Matrix reporting.
  • Ensure all training activities meet legislative, food safety and accreditation standards.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines.
About You
  • Proven experience in training, mentoring or workforce development (3-5 years).
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP).
  • Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Confident using LMS platforms and Excel to manage high-volume data.
  • Experience in Meat Processing facilities or operational roles (Boners, Slicers, Slaughtermen, Knife Hands, Machine Operators); highly regarded.
  • Qualifications in Meat Processing or Training & Assessment is advantageous.
