We are seeking a Load Out Manager for our client in Moe. In this role, you will manage supervisors and a leading hand; overseeing logistics, packing, temperature control, and dispatch of export products. You'll ensure compliance, safety, and quality standards are met while supporting team development and business growth.
Employment: Full-time | Early Day Shift
Salary:$100k-$120k annual package
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the load out team, including supervisors and a leading hand.
- Oversee packing, labelling, seals, and export documentation.
- Maintain stock rotation, temperature control, and daily loading schedules.
- Liaise with logistics providers, contractors, and regulators to ensure smooth dispatch.
- Ensure OH&S, HACCP, and export compliance.
- Provide training, coaching, and leadership to supervisors and process workers.
- Strong management experience in logistics, warehouse, or cold store environments.
- Background in export operations, ideally within meat or fresh produce.
- Experience in high-risk work areas with strong focus on compliance.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Certificate IV in Meat Processing (desirable).
- Forklift licence, HR licence, and White Card (desirable).
- $100k-$120k annual package
