About Us
We are hiring for our client, specialising in assembling prefabricated silos across regional areas in New South Wales, Victoria, and Queensland. We are seeking a Leading Hand to support the on-site Supervisor in managing small crews.
Based in Young, NSW | Travel Across NSW, VIC & QLD
$32-$40 p/hr (incl. casual loading) | Casual or Full-Time | 3:1 Roster
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Supervisor in leading a crew of up to 5 members
- Safely and efficiently assemble large silos in remote/regional locations
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of project documentation
- Work effectively within a 3:1 roster, supporting successful project delivery
- Background in construction, rural building, or mechanical work
- Comfortable with hands-on outdoor work
- Strong communication skills with a positive, team-oriented approach
- White Card and Driver's Licence (essential)
- Additional tickets such as Forklift, EWP, or Rigging (highly regarded)
- Pathway to leadership roles within a supportive team
- $32-$40 per hour (including casual loading, dependent on experience)
- Enjoy paid travels (including meals, and accommodation)
- 3-weeks-on / 1-week-off roster
- Casual flexibility or a permanent opportunity
