The Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic General Manager – Sales in Brisbane who knows how to build strong partnerships, unlock new opportunities, and deliver profitable growth while ensuring exceptional client experience and compliance excellence.
This is more than a sales role, it is a leadership opportunity to influence strategy, strengthen market presence, and elevate service delivery across the business.
What You’ll Do
Lead and execute a winning sales strategy that drives sustainable growth and profitability.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Position the business as a market leader by educating clients on services and regulatory requirements, including the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) Scheme Approved Employer DEED.
- Work cross functionally to ensure seamless, high quality service delivery.
- Inspire, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team.
- Step in as an escalation point for key clients and complex commercial matters.
- Champion compliance while enabling commercial success.
You are commercially sharp, relationship driven, and energised by growth. You know how to turn strategy into results and bring teams with you.
You likely bring:
- 5+ years in senior sales or commercial leadership roles
- Proven track record delivering revenue growth and building key accounts
- Strong industry network and market insight
- Exceptional leadership and coaching capability
- Confident negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Financial acumen across budgets, forecasting, and performance metrics
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Valid QFever vaccination and NDCO Police Check
- Experience with the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) Scheme – desirable
- FMCG industry exposure – desirable
- Business or related tertiary qualification – desirable
