- Pay rate: $33.47 - $40.80 per hour (incl. casual loading)
- Located in Moe, VIC
- Provide frontline first aid support and basic treatment for workplace injuries
- Manage injury reporting, absenteeism tracking, and return-to-work administration
- Conduct drug and alcohol testing and assist with employee wellbeing programs
- Upload and maintain accurate documentation and site records
- Support the Safety team with general administration duties and day-to-day site support
- Current First Aid, Nursing, Paramedic or related qualifications
- Previous hands-on experience in healthcare, emergency response, medical or industrial environments
- Able to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Strong communication, organisational and computer skills
- Team-focused attitude with willingness to assist across administration and site support tasks
- Experience with RTW, WHS, HR admin is highly regarded
- Stable long-term opportunity with potential permanent placement
