We are seeking a proactive Facility Coordinator to manage and support facilities at our Parkhurst site. You will play a key role in enabling research and development by ensuring our facilities are safe, compliant, and fully operational.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain facilities, equipment, vehicles, machinery, and buildings.
  • Ensure compliance with WH&S, environmental, pest, waste, and fire regulations.
  • Support statewide facility operations, including accommodation and contracts.
  • Assist in implementing minor works projects across Customer and Business Services.
  • Use software systems for reporting, compliance, and resource tracking.
  • Support budgeting, financial management, and progress reporting.
About You
  • Must have government or large-scale facility management experience.
  • 'C' class driver's licence.
  • Able to work full-time Monday to Friday (36.25 hours per week).
