We are looking for a Export Documents Coordinator for our client, who is a well-established food processing company in Brisbane East. In this role, you will manage the full export documentation process from order through to shipment completion. You will work closely with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders to ensure all export requirements are met accurately and on time.
- Pay rate / Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 + super
- Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Prepare, review, and manage export documentation from order stage through to shipment completion
- Coordinate documentation requirements with customers, internal teams, and external providers
- Ensure compliance with importing country regulations and company's standards at all times
- Maintain accurate records to support audits, accreditation, and quality assurance requirements
- Identify and escalate documentation or compliance risks impacting market access or business outcomes
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the wider Microsoft Office Suite (essential)
- Experience in export documentation, shipping, logistics, or compliance roles (highly regarded)
- Exposure to red meat, food production, or regulated export environments (advantageous)
- High attention to detail with strong data accuracy and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage deadlines and work autonomously
