- Sunday: 6am - 4pm
- Monday: 7am - 5pm
- Tuesday: 7am - 3pm
- Wednesday & Thursday: 7am - 5pm
- Friday & Saturday off
- Breakdown of carcasses and preparation of retail cuts
- Value-adding and presentation of meat products
- Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards
- Customer service and counter sales
- Training and mentoring apprentices
- Trade qualified Butcher
- Previous experience in a retail butcher environment
- Strong knife skills and attention to detail
- Reliable and able to work early starts and weekends
- Positive attitude and willingness to support junior staff
