The Role
- Full-time permanent position
- 38 hours per week
- Monday to Thursday: 6am - 4pm
- Friday overtime available (6am - 12pm) when required
- $35 per hour (permanent rate)
- Superannuation + leave entitlements accrued
- Weekly tool allowance of $30.38 (when working)
- MIG and TIG aluminium welding
- Aluminium fabrication and detailed fit out work
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Maintaining high-quality weld standards
- Working collaboratively to meet production deadlines
- Maintaining a safe and organised workspace
- Strong MIG and TIG aluminium welding experience
- Fabrication experience (light sheet metal preferred)
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable, punctual and team-oriented
- Commitment to workplace safety
